• This online agreement constitutes the same binding agreement as the printed advertising agreements
• This online agreement has been provided for download at your convenience
• The "Terms and Conditions" on the second (2) page of all online agreements must be checked or initialed
• Any agreement (including online agreements) will not be valid until signed by both AE and advertiser
• Deposit payment must be included to begin the terms of the agreement
